Hello,
Iv’e suffered from low back pain sice the age of 31, & Iv’e seen a physiotherapist who told me that this could be due to weakened body core muscles after a hysterectomy the year before the pain began. I was given some exercises to do, they helped a little, but not much. The pain is always made worse by walking long distances, sometimes I can feel a grating ; clicking sensation where the pain is. Iv’e had this problem for 29 years now, & I’m scared that as I get older it will get worse, I`ll end up disabled by it unable to walk. Is there any way that I can be rid of the pain for good without surgery?
Please help.
I didn’t find the right solution from the Internet.
